7 days of Dopamine detox

Service Description

During the dopamine detox, I will assist you daily for 7 days of cleansing yourself from all existing distractions and/or forms of anesthesia: Smoking, social media, alcohol, fast food or otherwise. The purpose of this detox is to detoxify, gain insight into existing behavior or thought patterns and create more presence and focus.
